I didn’t always believe in energy, frequency, or the idea that healing was something we could reclaim from the inside out.

I was trained in Western medicine—an RN since 2016. For years, I cared for patients in home care, surgical centers, and pain management clinics. I followed every protocol, checked every box, and did exactly what the system trained me to do.

But deep down, I knew: we weren’t healing—we were managing.

While helping others survive, I was silently unraveling.
After the birth of my second son in 2021, I experienced chronic anxiety, fatigue, thyroid dysfunction, OCD tendencies, and recurrent strep throat. I gained weight, lost connection to my body, and felt like a stranger in my own life.

No matter how hard I worked, I couldn’t override the quiet knowing:
This isn’t how it’s supposed to feel.

In 2022, I turned inward. I began exploring functional and alternative medicine. I cleaned up my diet, sat with my breath, and let the sun touch my skin again. The more I aligned with nature, the more I began to feel like myself.

In 2023, I launched Primal Infusions & Wellness—a bridge between Western and holistic care.
But soon after, my path cracked open again.

Everything changed in 2024 when I read Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza. Suddenly, the science of frequency and the language of the soul made perfect sense. I wasn’t just learning something new—I was remembering something ancient.

✨ I learned that our emotions carry measurable frequencies.
✨ That our nervous system holds the key to embodiment.
✨ That healing isn’t a destination—it’s a return.
✨ That Source lives inside the body—not outside of it.

I began studying nervous system regulation, energy healing, coherence, and the subtle bodies. I enrolled in yoga teacher training, committed to Reiki Mastery, and began remembering my galactic roots—a lineage of light encoded within me all along.

🌀 Today, I am a guide for women on the edge of their own awakening.

Women who are done with the hustle, the burnout, the endless search for answers “out there.”
Women who feel the call to return to themselves—fully.
To regulate their nervous system.
To reclaim their voice.
To activate their intuition.
To remember that they are the alchemist, not the project.
